Ski Safari is an endless skiing game where Sven races downhill while an avalanche closes in behind him. Jump over hazards, perform backflips, and catch rides with animals to maintain enough speed to stay ahead.
Escape The Avalanche
Ski Safari keeps the run moving continuously down a snowy mountainside, with rocks, cabins, and uneven terrain capable of knocking Sven down. Crashes cost valuable time because the avalanche continues advancing, so recovering quickly becomes increasingly important during longer attempts.
Ride Animals Or Snowmobiles
- Several helpers provide different ways to travel across the mountain:
- Penguins: Carry Sven across the snow and help maintain momentum.
- Yetis: Provide a tougher ride that can break through barriers.
- Eagles: Carry Sven high above hazards on the ground.
- Snowmobiles: Move quickly and can transport multiple animals at once.
Perform Backflips
Holding the input while Sven is airborne starts a backflip, creating an opportunity to earn more points while maintaining a fast run. Check the length of the jump before committing to a rotation because a clean landing is more valuable than attempting another trick and crashing. Large drops provide better opportunities for backflips, while short jumps are safer when used simply to clear hazards.
Complete Objectives To Rank Up
Ski Safari gives repeated runs additional goals through its objective system. Completing challenges increases Sven's rank, while higher ranks provide a permanent score multiplier that helps future attempts produce larger totals.
